I don&#039;t have my post ready yet, will be posting tomorrow, but my focaccia turned out quite similar to yours, and the bit about transferring the dough to the sheet pan..... a lot of profanity could be heard in my kitchen this morning!  :-)</description>

I&#039;m making mine right now, and using your idea of panning it before the final ferment to avoid having to wrestle it from the bench to the sheet pan. I used smoked sea salt in my herb oil, and I&#039;m interested to see how it comes out.</description>
