- Hi there, I'm your blog-host, Paul. I'm just a regular type mid-50's fella in Burlington, Ontario, Canada learning about bread making and sharing the adventure. I claim no expertise except what I'm learning along the way which I'm willing to share. What you see on here is pretty much what you get: I'll post my flubs as well as my winners. This isn't a "tidied up" version of what goes on in the kitchen. When I make errors, I hope to learn from them and hope they'll save others from repeating them. Please feel free to add comments to any post you want to pop your thoughts on, this isn't strictly a one way communication, or at least I'm hoping it's not. I live in suburbia with my partner Mark and our dogs Jackie & Abbey and parrot Jasmine all of whom get to enjoy the breadmaking results in one form or another.
