Have a question about bread, starter, techniques etc.? Please use the Comments feature found at the bottom of all posts on the site. Why should you put your question there and not a “private email”? Simply, your issue or question about bread making may be the same (or similar) question someone else has and having it available to everyone as a Comment on the site will help them too. Sharing information is what this blog is all bout, after all - otherwise, I’d be writing just to myself in a private diary! We can all learn from our efforts, let’s not keep the info to just ourselves. Bread is a very communal thing, shared between friends and family. Learning bread baking should be so as well.
